Our Active Kids For All inclusive training programmes

Regardless of ability or impairment, we believe that every young person should have access to an active lifestyle.

Schools

Sainsbury’s Inclusive PE Training Programme has already trained over 8,600 teachers and school staff, benefiting more than 200,000 kids with special educational needs and disabilities. The training aims to improve the knowledge, skills and confidence of PE teachers, to ensure all kids are challenged and able to progress.

Ellie Simmonds, Active Kids ambassador

“The Sainsbury’s Active Kids For All programme is a wonderful initiative. It’s so important to encourage kids, as their inclusion at school is a vital first step, and could eventually lead to a gold medal.”
